Aloha! I am Michelle. I am the Founder of Ohana ‘Aina Sustainable Island Solutions, Inc. (OASIS Group). I live in Los Angeles with my husband, Joey, and daughters, Audrey and Danielle.
A big part of my purpose is to work with corporate leaders, small businesses, and soulful entrepreneurs to build and refine the structure, strategy, and most importantly, the culture of their businesses.

I am always surprised by how many people, and I’m talking about brilliant business people, understand all the technical ins and outs of running a profitable business, but don’t ever think about what it would take to create a sustainable business that is fulfilling.
Of course our businesses should be profitable. But, it doesn’t matter how much money you make if you are not leading with integrity.
Anyone can get a business loan when their business lacks strategy and profit structure. However, even when you have the correct strategy and a profitable business, no one can lend you integrity if you’ve lost it.
I demand a lot more from my business, self, and clients.
